David is Phoenix’s Head of Customer Success, supporting public sector organisations to understand the capabilities and business benefits of Microsoft 365. He leads the company’s FastTrack, sustainability, accessibility, and adoption and change management practises, and has obtained Modern Workplace Business Value Master Status for his contribution to the Microsoft Business Value Program.
In his spare time, David is the Director of Accessibility and Inclusion for York Pride and is responsible for ensuring that all Pride events are accessible and inclusive. His passion for accessibility and inclusion has assisted many organisations in becoming ‘disability confident’.
