Chris Williams – Chatta

Chatta is a whole-class teaching approach which supports pupils’ progress in spoken language and vocabulary use and removes barriers to learning through audio-visual scaffolding and modelling. Chatta uses a unique software platform developed in Hull by Eon Visual Media. Chatta is used by teachers across the UK and overseas and has been voted one of the world’s most impactful education innovations for 3 successive years by Helsinki-based education charity HundrED and was runner up in this year’s Global Ed-Tech Awards.
